A NEW CHAPTER FOR OSMANS TÖCHTER

THE BEGINNING
Osmans Töchter was founded in 2012 by Arzu Bulut and Lale Yanik and quickly grew into a fixed name on Berlin's restaurant scene. Since then the restaurant has stood for modern Anatolian cuisine, hospitality, shared plates and long evenings at one shared table.

A NEW CHAPTER
In spring 2026 a new chapter for Osmans Töchter began with the move to the historic Bötzow Areal. New interiors, an evolved menu and a refreshed brand world came together in a place that rethinks the atmosphere and spirit of the restaurant for today.

Today Arzu Bulut leads Osmans Töchter on her own, with the same passion and conviction that have shaped the restaurant from the start. The shared story of both founders remains an important part of the house.

At the heart of the new visual identity stands Şahmaran, the legendary snake queen from Mesopotamian mythology. She stands for wisdom, abundance and community, and has become the new symbol of Osmans Töchter.

Thus a place was created that brings people together and makes the atmosphere of modern Anatolian hospitality something to experience anew.

Arzu and Lale were born into the cradle of hospitality. Even in their childhood, they experienced the joint preparation and cooking of Turkish dishes as a wonderful ritual that brings family and friends together at the table. Years ago, they started dreaming of their own restaurant: authentic, warm, cordial and with a good and honest cuisine, a place where everyone would immediately feel at home. For Arzu and Lale it did not remain just a dream: with this vision in their hearts, they have been spoiling their guests at Osmans Töchter since 2012 with oriental dishes that they create with a lot of passion.

In addition to traditional cuisine, the menu includes modern interpretations of their own favourite dishes. During their regular visits to Turkey, both gastronomers are inspired by new impulses from the hip restaurants on the Bosporus.

A variety of cold and warm meze (tapas) is offered, which invites you to share and enjoy a relaxed get-together. The preparations for the laid table start in the morning: home cooks prepare fresh dishes every day according to their own recipes, filling the menu of Osmans Töchter with handmade delights.
